Paris, being a cosmopolitan city, with many students and tourists, who do not necessarily have the time to familiarise with the French language. Expatriates, in Paris for a short stay and maybe, for the French speaking community, who wish to discover English in another context.

Sahaja Yoga

A unique method based on our Energetic Subtle System.

The origins derive from Ancient Knowledge of Spirituality.

Sahaja means spontaneous and Yoga means Union. Union with the Primordial Energy, the energy which has created all living beings.

A technique which allows us to reach a state called ‘Thoughtless awareness, Mental Silence, through meditation

 

Shri Mataji

The founder of  Sahaja Yoga. Born in India in 1923, comes from a Christian Family.

 

She spent her younger years in the company of Gandhi in his Ashram. She actively fought for the Independence of India.

 

In 1970 many meditation centres were established in almost every major city around the world. A unique learning experience, integrated into university and school curriculum.

 

Shri Mataji, travelled around the world teaching meditation to thousands of people.Spreading her message of inner transformation and peace, including numerous non- governmental and humanitarian projects.

Technique

A method by which we are given the tools to focus this healing energy, on our nervous system, to know ourselves and how to correct our imbalances.

Started practising Sahaja Yoga in mid 2007 in UK.
